How to Order?
If you have problem checking out from the online store, order could be placed by phone, Whatsapp, Facebook message, email, etc.
Dispatch of Orders
All items are made to order. Please contact us for confirmation on date of dispatching. Please note that as each piece is handcrafted and takes a different amount of time to complete.
Shipping and Delivery
We make no profit out of it and the shipping cost charged of each online order is supposed to compensate for the real cost of shipment and delivery.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition:
<Hong Kong Area>
HK$30 - Door to door delivery by SF Express. Delivery will take 1-3 working days after dispatching.
<Macau>
HK$36 - Door to door delivery by SF Express. Delivery will take around 2-3 working days depending on service of SF Express.
<United Kingdom>
HK$150 - Door to door delivery by registered air mail. Delivery will take around 10-14 working after dispatching.
Tracking number is to be provided upon dispatching.
